2024 Acura MDX: Still one of the best midsize three-row SUV
The majority of the excitement at the 2023 Seattle International Auto Show was focused on new electric cars.
However, I got there in a conventional gas-powered car, a 2024 Acura MDX SH-AWD Type S Advance.
I wasn't trying to make a point. I used the chance to test drive the Acura and see how it handled the 350-mile round journey from Portland.
The response was excellent and served as a helpful reminder that most customers still prefer gas-powered cars,
particularly when they have as much to offer as the new midsize MDX, despite the buzz surrounding hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and all-electric vehicles.
